Pottery Classes

Adult Winter 2023 classes starting in January are *full*.

The next 10 week class starts late March/early April 2023 (to be determined). Registration typically opens up 30 days prior to the next session starting.

Please note the following requirements for onsite classes:

Due to the current status of COVID in Ohio and Michigan, any individual participating in a class must have received full COVID vaccination prior to the start of classes. Proof of vaccination must be provided with this registration form (photocopy of COVID card). COVID protocol requires three foot spacing between potters wheels, which limits the class size to 9 that can throw. The wearing of masks will be optional unless health officials determine that a return to mask wearing is advisable.

We offer 4 sessions per year on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Winter session will be on Wednesdays in lieu of Thursdays):
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Class meets 2.5 hours per week for a total of 10 weeks from 6:30-9:00 PM

CLASS CONTENT:  Potters wheel; Handbuilding (slab, coil); Surface Decoration (glaze and others).
